Wow, 2019 is in the books, and 2020 is upon us. Reflecting on the 2019 season, Attendance Now has come a long way. In January of 2019, we officially launched our app and website with just our attendance module. In Q1, we launched our custom data tracking, allowing our users the ability to track any data points you can imagine. In Q2, we launched our email templates allowing our users to send out email blasts to their members with custom HTML emails. In Q3, we launched our guest follow up, allowing our users to automatically follow up with their guests. Q4 was one of my favorite quarters, and that’s when we stepped into the text messaging space allowing our users the ability to utilize text message marketing with text in to subscribe words. We did a lot in 2019, and we have no plans of stopping!

Attendance Now was built on the principle of helping churches with technology so they can focus on what they do best, building His kingdom. We have enjoyed teaming with some amazing churches and helping them accomplish their goals. In 2019 we had the goal of launching 1 module a quarter and we accomplished that. In 2020 we want to build off what we have and make it even better.  

Guests are one of the most important aspects of a church.

We realize that guests are one of the most important aspects to a church and its growth. Our first initiative in 2020 is to build on our guest follow up module. We want you to have one spot where you go to see all of your guest information. We also believe that it should be easy and simple for you or your guest follow up team to do their job effectively. Send a text message, send an email, remind yourself to send a gift, remind your team to reach out, or maybe just simply see how many guests you had this year. We want to do just that with a guest dashboard where you can see and manage all your guests. We want you to be able to take action right from that dashboard with helpful tools and data to reach your guests. 

Integrate text messaging into your church.

Another initiative we have in 2020, and it is one of my favorites, is to extend our text message module. We just stepped into the text message space at the end of 2019, but now we want to take it a step further and make it simple and affordable to do all your church’s text message communications from one text message dashboard. We believe that communication is super important in today’s fast pace society and that why we want to help you integrate texts into your church. Recurring text communications, scheduled texts, text a word to a number and subscribe to your marketing campaign, or simply sending a happy birthday text message on their birthday. We want to make it easier than ever to communicate with your members in whatever aspect you need.

Data is a powerful tool.

One of our ongoing initiatives at Attendance Now is data visibility. Data is an amazing thing, and we have tons of data. We want to keep that data at your fingertips, and we want to utilize this data to help you accomplish your goals for your church. If you’re planning a special service or a new parking lot, we want to be able to track your data and provide you the simple easy to use tools to analyze your data and make the decisions for your projects.
